This means that all of your data is encrypted and stays confidential.

We use 3D Secure by Visa and Mastercard to further strengthen the security of your online payments.

When you book your stay and pay online, the 3D Secure system is activated. 3D Secure verifies that you are indeed the owner of the card being used to book your stay. The check is carried out by your bank to ensure that no-one but you can use your card for online payments, protecting you from fraud. Once you have entered your card details on our secure payment pages, a authentication page from you bank is displayed: you will receive an SMS from your bank containing a unique security code, sent to the phone number you provided to your bank, or be asked to enter your password. Simply enter the authentication code or password to confirm your payment. Please contact your bank directly with any questions about the 3D Secure password (getting your password, lost password, changes).
